I'm like a kid in a sweetshop as I love variety so trying to encapsulate who I am and what I do in one sentence is like trying to straightjacket an Octopus!
But one thing I know is that I have a passion and love for numerous things. Be it sports and my particular predilection for football and all things Manchester United, Rugby Union in the thrills of the Six Nations, the NBA and the magic of the Splash brothers and countless others stars (not a bandwagoner for following Golden State..). Or music, whether I’m listening to my very eclectic mix from Red Hot Chilli Peppers (and yes I have seen them perform live twice) to Kendrick Lamar, or making the most of a jam session on the piano or the drums.
Given my love of the arts I actually majored in History and Politics at Warwick University which probably explains my colourful use of the English dictionary and my verbosity (see what I did there...?). This is all set against the backdrop that by day I’m a Management Consultant which enables me to advise clients in the corporate sector.
My interest in fashion stems from my formative years where my love of shoes superseded my love of toys (I once destroyed my most expensive pair of shoes on a nursery playground!). Whether it be my country’s traditional attire, or a well tailored work suit or my plethora of hats, style over functionality is important to me(If you can rock it, work it!).
To be sharing a platform with the woman I love and will be spending the rest of my life with, will be a blessing for me but I hope for you too. Outside of work I mentor young people and it was actually our love for helping people that brought us closer together. Hopefully this platform will be a way that we are able to connect with and meet new people.

Since I can remember, I've always loved creating and communicating. Growing up, I could either be found talking, playing sports or playing around on my dad's computer. One of the first businesses I created was in primary school when Teletubbies were at the height of fame (lol a #throwback if ever there was one) and I would print off posters and sell them to other kids at breaktimes. Equally some of the people I admire the most have been people who used their platform to communicate incredible messages that inspire so many.
Although I studied Politics, it was only after I graduated from Durham University and went on to work for L’Oreal and then Burberry that my love of fashion developed. In conjunction with this, my passion to inspire others was harnessed and led me to start a magazine for women called MAGNIFY so a lot of my time is spent creating editorials and editing.
Connecting first in 2009 (mainly over our love of Manchester United), I could have never imagined Ayo and I would it end up at this point. Excuse the cheese (!) but he truly is my best friend - the one I'm excited to experience the highlights and challenges of life with. I once heard a quote 'your life partner will be your greatest asset or your biggest liability' and in our journey so far, I know this to be true. We have always supported each other in our personal projects so it's exciting to finally get the opportunity to work on something together.
We look forward to sharing our journey with you and our love of fashion, culture, relationships and more than anything, we hope you leave feeling a bit more inspired for the amazing twists and turns that we call life.
